This Privacy Policy explains how RidgeShift collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us. RidgeShift is a subsidiary of Celect Enterprises Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. In this policy, “RidgeShift,” “Celect,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Celect Enterprises Inc. and its RidgeShift operations.
This policy applies to our public website and pre-engagement communications. Personal information processed for a client engagement may also be governed by a master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other contract. If a contract conflicts with this policy for that engagement, the contract controls to the extent of the conflict.
